They told me they'd run a diagnostic and call me before any repairs were done. They were honest and did so, told me the exact problem when they called and fixed it only when I gave the green light! Gave me an out the door price before he fixed it, and kept to it when I checked out at the end. No lies, no surprise fees, everything went wonderfully!
